We contacted a 3-year-old child on February 14, 2019 and sent him from the children’s department. garden with suspicion. I call in the morning (8 am) and get through right away! (I was surprised), I describe the situation, I receive the answer “by appointment in 6 working days, but you can come in the order of the queue, you will wait, perhaps more than 2 hours, but you will get to the doctor.” I take the child, the documents, we go, the empty registry office (1st floor), they register, after 10 minutes we are already at the doctor, examination, tests for another hour, including waiting in line for a blood test, etc. We received the conclusion, everything is fine. The staff from the cloakroom to the doctor are polite and friendly, access by car is quite convenient. The institution did not cause any negativity, I just want to say thank you for their work.
